Ramada Encore Istanbul Kartal

Everything in the hotel was great. It is located only about half an hour from the SAW airport. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. You have an option to choose rooms where smoking is allowed, which is a big rarety these days. The room was clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. The internet speed and WiFi signal were both good. The breakfast was great, with a lot of various foods to choose from. The gym is also clean and well equipped, yet doesn't cost extra to use. The entire hotel is clean, and my complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. were replenished daily by the cleaning ladies. The bus stop going to and coming back from the city is literally right in front of the hotel. There is a grocery store, a café and a bakery within 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Even though I arrived two hours before check-in time, I waited only about half an hour, in the lobby, to get into my room.

We stayed one night there and hotel fully match to our requirements and expectation. Check- in was quick . The room was reasonable size and clean. Bed comfortable. Good choice and quality of food for breakfast. Plenty cafes and restaurants around.
